Our role is to provide strategic advice to the company and financial structure to their unique transaction. Once the goals of the company have been properly defined and we have a transaction that makes sense for all involved, we’ll package it and then take the opportunity to the capital markets. Our job is to work with institutions, strategic partners, investors, or M&A targets with the goal of obtaining the best possible transaction structure with the best financial partner. We then facilitate the due diligence, legal, and final closing process.
