Then, in conjunction with our network, we’ll systematically identify, research, and grade target companies according to the established criteria and acquisition goals. From the initial contact, through the letter of intent presentation and negotiation, and finally through due diligence, legal documentation, and formal closing, Cambio will guide and manage the entire process.
